PROPER FOODS TO GROW TALLER

When it comes to food, we should chose carefully the right foods we consume everyday. One proverb says ''We are what we eat'', so from now on stick to proper diet, not just to grow taller, but also to stay healthy.  

Proper food is one of the main keys to grow taller. That's the reason I decided to share with you my knowledge, to tell you the proper diet you should take to increase your height and stay healthy. Eating right, not just keeps your body healthy, but also makes your life better, happier and joyful. Sometimes, we consume foods that attract us (for exp. junk foods), those foods that have risks in our health. I don't have anything against eating foods that we are attracted to, but at least don't overdo it. Everything you eat has different effects, so eating different foods (not just foods we are attracted to) keeps your body with all nutrition, minerals, proteins that your organism needs! 


The quality and type of food you eat affect your height, growth, and health. We cannot emphasize enough how important your food intake is in determining how much growth you can possibly obtain. The types of food you eat will either improve or decrease your growth potential. From a research that I've done, the daily content of protein, carbohydrates, fats and water can be achieved if the following items were taken regularly: Carrots, fish liver, eggs, yolk, beef, red meat. Also milk, cheese, apples, green Vegetables, potatoes nuts, bananas, peanuts, chicken, beans and 6-8 glasses of water per day. 

If you eat a lot of peanut butter, your height will not necessarily stop. What might stop you from growing taller is smoking, drugs, alcohol, lack of sleep, stress, digestive problems, or lack of exercise. The foods that I mentioned above are important for you to get taller, also to keep your body healthy, that's why a lot of people say ''Don't expect to grow taller, without a healthy diet''. Other foods that must be your daily diet are:  

Fruits and Vegetables 

Fruits and vegetables are the main factor of your growth, if their intake is low, than your body don't have the key to grow taller. You can't expect to open a random door with another door keys. So you must consume fruits and vegetables daily. Vegetables makes your body and bones healthier and have the main resources for our body to grow taller.

No matter how much you exercise to increase your height, without vegetables everything you try wont succeed. Some other vegetables that will help you to gain a few inches for a short period of time are: Turnips, Beans, Broccoli and Peas. These vegetables are found to be rich in growth hormones, fibers, proteins and carbohydrates. You can also extract juice out of these vegetables and drink it everyday to boost production of growth hormones for your body! It is important for you to have a proper diet plan that includes all the above mentioned vegetables. 



As for the fruits, they should also have an important part of your daily diet. They are rich with vitamins necessary to increase your height. One of them is banana which has Vitamin so it helps your bones to become stronger and longer. Now I guess you know what importance have fruits and vegetables in your system so consuming them daily should be your first duty.

Calcium

Calcium is another factor to our height. Your bones are filled with calcium, so without calcium intake, your bones don't have the power to get bigger and larger. Without calcium, your bones get weaker and weaker, so drink more milk daily and eat cheese to keep your bones healthy. 

Milk and other dairy products such as cheese provide nutrition to include calcium and vitamin D, which is important for the formation of strong and healthy bones. While your bones as stronger they have the ability to grow taller because the calcium in your body is up. So from now on make milk part of your life and consume such products daily.

FINAL RECOMMENDATION

I recommend for you to consume foods that contain: Nutrients, Minerals and Proteins to get the best results. You should eat more: Vegetables, cheese, fish etc (Avoid junk foods) and drink more: Milk, Water and juices. (Avoid soft drinks). Also it is better if you take Omega 3 and protein shake. Don't use omega 3 on the summer when the weather is sunny because you take enough vitamin D from the sunlight so it's not recommended. As for the protein shake, take it daily to provide your organism with the proper proteins that are necessary. You should take no fats protein shake. Consume all foods I mentioned and your body will thank you. Grow taller and at the same time be healthy. Don't forget ''We are what we eat''. 

But... There is something else you should know!

Lately, fasting to grow taller is discussed everywhere: in magazines, in shows etc. Fasting seems to have a great effect on growing taller, and there are a lot of people who said that this unique method to grow taller, WORKS! Before, I show you what's the best way to use this method, I explain fasting shortly. 

Fasting is important part of a lot religions, that use it to complete some rituals. It varies from different religions. For exp. Muslims do 1 month fasting on Ramadan, to be forgiven by God for their sins. Some other religions do fasting to clear their body, to be healthy etc. Fasting is dated before Christ, and was used in religions like Buddism. There was always people who did fasting as a ritual or a duty to their god. Even in this days fasting is mostly used in countries like India, Arab countries and China. If you need more information about fasting do some research to get more info. Now I tell you how to use fasting to grow taller. 

While human body fasts, it has a lot of effects and changes in our body. A lot of organs in our body rests. 

Some peoples when fasting, don't eat, but some other for exp. Muslims, don't put anything in their mouth, nor water, nor food, absolutely nothing. The best way to make fasting work in our growing process, is to do this: 

You have to eat breakfast in the morning, and then in dinner. Don't eat anything else. By doing this you manipulate your insulin growth to increase your height. During the day you can drink water as much as you want, but you must not eat during this period. Do this once a week, Sunday is a nice day to do fasting, because it is holiday, so for monday you'll have more energy, because fasting not  just makes you taller, but gives you strength, energy and healthier organism.
