For all of you who are not satisfied with your actual height, or you got taller but it's not enough for you, I got some useful tips for you to maximize your full potential height. I manged to write some of the best tips that can make that happen. The results of these tips are based on the effort you put and it varies from different individuals.
There are genetic and non-genetic components that affects our actual and full body height. Almost everybody has hidden inches in their spinal column, so if you want to reach your fullest height, there's a need for exercises like stretching, hanging on a bar, yoga, good sleep and the most important factor, release of human growth hormone.
Did you know that if you do at least 10 minutes of intense exercises everyday increases and stimulates the production of growth hormones? Well it's true, and a helpful tip during exercising would be to drink enough water because dehydration reduces HGH release. Drinking water is an important part that you have to do when exercising. You should also drink at least 2 liters of water per day, that helps so don't forget. Now let's find out some other useful tips and how they can help you to maximize your height!
STRETCHING
If you are looking for a natural way to increase your height 100% naturally, than stretching is the right exercise for you. Stretching helps you to correct your posture and gain up to two inches if you do the right exercises. Some of the best exercises include wall assisted stretching, toe touches, stretching while standing, bow down stretches and standing twist. Do these exercises if you want to grow taller, but also do some other stretching before any other workout. It is good to do 5 minutes of stretching after you wake up in the morning and at night before sleep.
SLEEP
Another way of reaching your full potential is proper sleep. In the third secret page I posted a very unique and weird way how to sleep to have double HGH release and a healthy life, anyway if for any reasons you cannot complete that stage, then sleeping 7-9 hours a day is enough. Also you have to sleep with your back to have better results, that helps in your posture and stretches your spine all night. If you can't sleep with your back, at least don't sleep with your stomach because that position not just damages your organs and it's bad for your breathing, but don't stretches your spine at all.
YOGA
Yoga is another helpful tip for you. This workout is easy to learn and don't requires any equipment. This physical exercise it is useful to stretch your muscles and strengthen your cardiovascular system. But that's not all. Yoga also helps to increase at least 1 inch or 2 if it's done regularly for a period of 6 months to 12 months (if you are in your adult age). Before you choose yoga as your daily workout you should know that there are different types of yoga, so you should choose carefully the type of yoga that fits you even that all kinds of yoga helps you to increase your height. It's good to do yoga at least 2- 3 times a week for one hour. Unfortunately there is not a yoga club in my city, even that there are a lot of friends that want to do yoga, but I recommend some videos that are pretty awesome and teach you how to do yoga by yourself, so you can search for them.
HANGING BAR
I recommend the hanging bar, too. This is probably the best way to lengthen your upper body and achieve your full potential by using the gravity. While you are on the hanging bar, the gravity pulls you down so it stretches you spine column. If you're really into increasing your height you must do this everyday. Hang for as long as you can, after that rest 90 seconds then do it over and over again until you can't do more hanging. After that go to rest for one hour or two. Another way to do hanging bar correctly is to raise your legs side to side but you must make sure your feet are held together.
Do this everyday to you stretch your spine column fully. If you don't have a bar where to hang, go to a park nearby, and exercise. There's a lot of places where you can hang, but if you hate going outside your house then you can buy one hanging bar and put it in your room.
These are tips that can help to stretch your spine and reach your full potential, but I have some other tips that helps to lengthen your legs and boost HGH production even if you are 30+ years old.
As you know Legs are the most taller part in our bodies. So by lengthening them for at least 10% of their mass, that would make a huge difference in your height. If you want to do that, there are lots of tips for you for exp. stretching, bicycling, running and more. I recommend for you to do bicycling if your plates are not fused. That can be the greatest activity to lengthen your legs.
What if your plates are fused?
Well, if your plates are fused stretching and running wont work for you, that's why I found a specific exercise for you that works. Before you do this kind of exercise you should go to you doctor to see whether you plates are fused or not. If they aren't, then I recommend bicycling. Okay now let's find out what this specific exercise it is!
Ankle Weights Exercise
In order to do this exercise you should have ankle weights. Even that this exercise takes a lot of time from your daily life, the results are fantastic. Here's what you got to do. Put your ankle weights in both your legs and go to rest in your bed leaving your legs towards the ground. Of course, bed must be larger from the ground so your ankles wont touch it, but if it's not, then put a pillow or two under your legs to get more distance. If your feet touch the ground than this exercise wont work. Make sure to get distance between the floor and your feet. After you do that, rest there for at least one hour or two to let them stretch, and after you finish, remove your ankle weights and rest around 30 minutes before you touch the ground. That helps your HGH to reach legs, to do the wonder. You will see that you will be taller when you finish this technique, but you have to do this regularly everyday to see better and permanent results.
Warning: Don't panic if your legs hurt when you put ankle weights. That's a sign that this method works. But if you have any medical problems with your bones or legs, first you must ask your doctor for advise before you try this method.
Is there any other solution to lengthen your legs?
Well, there are limb lengthening methods to extend the length of bones with growth simulators or surgical operations. These methods costs a lot of money and hurt. Even that these methods have good results they cause bad effects on your bones so I would not recommended them. You better try my methods and techniques because the results are natural and without any bad effects that may risk your body.
Finally, I got one more tip you might actually never heard before. It's a great sport to stimulate your HGH production very fast for only 30 minutes of exercise everyday. Which is this sport you ask?
It's boxing, baby. This is a great and natural tip to boost your HGH production immediately and it takes only 30 minutes of exercise per day to double your HGH release. Do boxing at your nearest GYM or go to your boxing club, to reach the maximum. If you don't want to fight or hate fighting then you can buy a boxing bag and put it in your room or garage to exercise, but if you can't afford one, ask a trainer to train you for a private session at the boxing club. You should tell your trainer that you don't want to fight so he doesn't push you to do sparring with other opponents.
